Another exciting weekend lies ahead on The Common, as buoyed by last week's 1st team win, the rest of the club want a piece of the action.
Junior Training and All Stars will be the usual starting point of the action, before the 2nd team host Radlett IV in the afternoon's home game.
It would be great to see lots of support for them... if it's a nice afternoon, come and grab a drink and get behind the team. It has been difficult going for the team and I know they would value the support as they seek a much-needed and morale-boosting win.
The 1st team travel to Broxbourne, hoping that last week was the start of a run of form, not just a one-off success.
And some of the best news I can share is that we are BACK TO THREE TEAMS for this weekend. The 3rd's will travel to Wheathampstead to face their 3rd team on Saturday.
We are delighted to welcome a couple of new members to the teams this Saturday - I am sure they will be proud and honoured to know they are the 50th and 51st players to represent our fine club this season!
There will probably be some silly word-japery on Facebook this afternoon, I will be back in touch with a full round up of results and star performances at some point on Sunday/Monday and news of some forthcoming events will be coming your way soon.
We look forward to seeing you up the club tomorrow, and if you can't make it then, sometime very soon.
Best wishes
Rich
