This email gives final details for those who are joining us on Saturday night for the End of Season Dinner.
As around 40 people have signed up, we felt it would be more appropriate to take a slightly more informal approach than a full 3-course sit-down dinner.
We are delighted to have Dallings providing the catering for the event. We are now serving a buffet-style "posh" sausage and mash and a selection of desserts.
As such the price is reduced to £20 a ticket but this now also includes a glass of bubbles on arrival and some wine on the table. For those who don't or can't drink, the price will be £15 a ticket.
The club will be open from 7pm and dinner will be served at some point between 7.30 and 8.00pm.
The dress code is "Smart Casual" and feel free to interpret that as you will. I think you should dress to impress... I'm thinking of rocking out a Gareth Southgate tribute, although I'm yet to decide if that means a waistcoat or a full replica football kit.
We look forward to seeing those who are attending on Saturday night for a night of fine food, drink, fun, laughter and company... it's just a shame we've got to listen to Mr Brazier's inaugural speech as chairman! Fingers crossed he doesn't impersonate one of the options for sausage flavours... wild boar.
