MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS


MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES AND COSTS

Kings Langley Cricket Club is a members club and, as such, all members are required to pay an annual subscription fee.

The following table shows the membership categories and fees for 2025.

SUBSCRIPTION TYPE   DESCRIPTION       COST      

SENIOR (MEN'S) PLAYER      

 A senior player who plays Saturday (Men's) Herts League Cricket   £120

FAMILY WITH 1 JUNIOR PLAYER 
        		 A family membership with 1 Junior playing Under 8 - Under 13 £85

FAMILY WITH 2+ JUNIOR PLAYER

 A family membership with 2 or more Juniors playing U8 - U13  £120

WOMEN'S PLAYER

 A member of the Women's squad for training and matches  £50

SOCIAL

 A social membership only (non-player)   £20

SENIOR CITIZEN

 A social membership only for people aged 60+ (non-player)    £10

STUDENT SATURDAY PLAYER

 A player who only plays Saturday (Men's) Herts League Cricket and
is in full time education 		   £65

SENIOR PLAYING FAMILY

 If the combined household membership exceeds £150, please choose this category.
This does not apply to families with 2+ senior men's players in employment.		  £150



** Please note that children registered with ECB All-Stars should NOT be counted within your membership subscription.
This is a separate fee (All Stars registration opens on May 9th 2025).  You do not automatically become a member of the club but parents/carers of All Stars participants can sign up as Social members if they wish to receive the benefits of membership.


HOW TO PAY MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS

All memberships should be paid by logging in to your member's account on our website.

When you log in, you should be automatically prompted to pay.

Select the correct subscription category and click 'Pay Now'.
Enter your card details and click 'Pay £xxxxx'
You should receive an email receipt shortly after payment.

You should receive an email within one week from the club confirming payment and letting you know your Bar Number.

Trouble logging in?
If you are new to the club, ensure you click 'Register' to create an account.
Once this has been approved, you will receive a welcome email with login details.

If you are not able to log in, please use the Forgot Password link.

BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

The primary benefit for members is your Bar Number.
This enables you to earn points for every 10p of bar spend.
You can use your points to pay at the bar.
The value of points are equivalent to 12.5% of your bar spend.
e.g. For every £10 you spend, you earn £1.25 in points.

Members are also eligible for discounted rates on Club Hire for private functions.

THE MEMBERSHIP CYCLE

Our membership year runs from May 1st to April 30th.
The following cycle applies to membership:

Mid-March
 Payment portal is opened.  Early payment is appreciated to support cashflow for season preparations.
 
May 1st
 Start of membership year
 
May 31st
 Deadline for membership payments.
At this point, existing Bar Numbers with no subscription paid will be paused.

June onwards
 Communications will be sent to chase up unpaid memberships.
There may be implications for selection for senior players who have not paid.
 
Oct 31st
 Members accounts will be deleted for people who have not paid and not engaged with the season.
Points will be deleted from Bar Numbers with unpaid subscriptions.
