It's time for an almost-busy weekend at the club!
We go live with our Virtual Pub Quiz 6 at 8pm TONIGHT on Facebook Live.
The answer sheet templates and a sneaky-peak of what rounds lie ahead are attached to this email.
If you have been enjoying the quizzes and would like to contribute to the Net Refurbishment Fund, please use this link: gf.me/u/x8t7f2
A big thank you to those who already have!
We are delighted to confirm that the new Mobile Net Cage has arrived and is ready for action.
The first two sessions for tomorrow are fully booked with 12 people ready and raring to go with a first outdoor net of the year.
A reminder that we will be operating a booking system via Tom Templeton for Senior cricketers and we will be in contact with news of available slots for next week over the weekend.
Junior Chair, Greg Pinchin, and/or the age-group coaches will continue to keep Junior players and families in the loop of what opportunities may be available from 4th July.
The Virtual Quizzes, the purchase of the Mobile Net Cage and the hard work and commitment of the ground team are just 3 examples of how we have done our best to invest the right amounts of time and money into keeping Kings Langley Cricket Club active during lockdown and ready for action when the guidance allows.
A reminder that if you are in a position to pay your membership fees for this year, all payments will contribute to keeping the club growing and able to bounce back quickly when circumstances allow.
You can pay online via our website, by BACS payment or by cheque - and all the details are attached to this email.
Thank you for your support and patience over the last few months.
We look forward to starting to see more of you on The Common in the near future... keep those fingers crossed that actual cricket is a possibility before much longer!
Many thanks - and do take care,
Rich
